- Scott Kudlas of Virginia DEQ explained Virginia's approaches to modeling water resources.
On Oct 23, 2009, Scott Kudlas gave a presentation discussing the combined efforts of Virgina and Maryland to manage the Potomac River watershed. The title of his presentation was "An Interstate Water Management Success:Virginia & Maryland Collaborate to Mange the Potomac River."
